I've spent 40+ years in technology and executive leadership. I've led global teams, navigated board-level decisions, managed organizational crises, built strategies across four continents, and made enough mistakes along the way to know what the real lessons look like. I've been in the room where it matters. I know what it costs to sit in that seat.

What I didn't always know was who I was as a leader — separate from what I was producing. That distinction took me longer to find than I'd like to admit. And the moment I found it, everything changed. The way I led. The way I communicated. The way I built trust. The way I thought about what I was actually building and who I was building it for.

That's the moment that led to Lone Star Executive Insights. I founded this firm because I believe the most powerful thing a seasoned leader can do for a rising one is to sit across from them — not above them — and help them see what they can't yet see for themselves. That's coaching. That's what I do.

I'm certified through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership — the IECL — and I take that credential seriously. It's not a badge I hang on the wall. It's the framework that shapes every session, every engagement, every conversation I have with a client. Evidence-based. Whole-person. Grounded in neuroscience and adult behavioral science.

Beyond coaching, I serve on the Advisory Boards of Elevate IT (since 2004) and Elevate Exchange (since 2012), and I work as Executive Advisor to Info-Tech Research Group. These aren't honorary titles. They keep me current, connected, and honest.
